About me
I am a Psychologist, Social Entrepreneur, Social Impact Youth Mentor & Researcher. I have an experience of over 12 years as a behavioral therapist with private centers, early childhood intervention, and counseling families and caregivers. Along with 4 years of experience in social entrepreneurship leading 3 innovative startups. I am the Co-Founder and COO at ImInclusive, the world's first online social platform for POD to connect, collaborate, and find equal job opportunities. ImInclusive received government support, funding, and awards. The startup is a copyrighted work of science with Esha as one of the authors.
In 2022 I joined Key2enable in the capacity of Chief Visionary Officer and Advisor to the CEO, Key2enable is an innovative educational assistive technology for People with disabilities. Key2enable is a 35 times international award-winning startup. My role is to grow the company's vision through curating special projects and collaborations and overseeing diverse projects and collaborations in MENAT, Western Europe India Pakistan, and Latin America.
I have recently been awarded Woman Leader Middle East 2021 as part of the CMO Asia/ World Women Leadership family. I am currently working as a co-investigator and researcher on 2 coveted research projects in social sciences.
