Brain research has shown that each individual brain is unique. This variability can seem overwhelming to educators who are trying to differentiate instruction for each student. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework that can help educators design inclusive learning environments. In this session, there will be an overview of the UDL framework and how to apply it in any classroom to support all learners. It will include resources and tools to support implementation of UDL. The processes can be applied across a school and community to ensure that each individual able to access, engage, and participate in robust opportunities for learning.
- How UDL framework and techniques can be well incorporated within the "special ed " and "general ed" classrooms emphasizing inclusive learning (especially SWD)
- How an emerging UDL society like KSA can adopt this model to serve the students better?
- What process should we adopt and scale out UDL?
